Covers and Friends

Wow, only 3 more Utah Mondays left for me, starting to become very very bittersweet. The mountain closed yesterday and there's still tons of snow and boy did we go out in style! Still can't believe it though! But where there's a will there's a way and I don't see my ski season being over just yet..

As for today's cover, I give you the Foo Fighters' version of Gerry Rafferty's "Baker Street". You may not know the song off-hand, but it's one of those you've heard tons of times and just never learned the name of, the wailing saxophone rift is unmistakable! I really like the Foo Fighters and think they too often get a negative review for their work, so here's to you fellas. This cover is pretty baller, hope you enjoy it.

And here's another cool little sesh frontman Dave Grohl did over the Beatles' "Blackbird"

Last day shenanigans at Park City Mountain. This was in the middle of the woods and a bunch of groomers brought up kegs and buried them in the snow then built rows of snow benches on our makeshift "beach"...cool stuff. Oh and some dude proposed and we saw a naked chick hit a jump, interesting to say the least...
